Biofix setting for RIMpro-Apple Scab

 

With the help of colleagues working in scab research and advisory in Europe, I publish on this page the information that helps you to set the right Biofix for RIMpro in 2011.

 

The default setting for the RIMpro Biofix that automatically comes with the installation is 10-3-2011. Depending on the development of the in Europe, this Biofix data has to be adapted to real situation.

 

Without supporting information from your region, you should use green tip stage of your main apple variety as your Biofix date. This date can be adjusted by using local information on ascospore maturation and ejection.

 

The information in the table below can be used to set a more accurate date as Biofix.
